Gorlock

Gorlock was formed in 2006 by Adam and Eric Moore currently based out of South Carolina. Shortly thereafter Florida based Weverin frontman Buer was recruited to do guest vocals for what then become the song "Ghost Asylum" and the first of six songs that were released on the Grimoire For The Apprentice Warlock [EP] released in 2007. This album is available in digital format on our BandCamp website or physical copy available on demand. Buer's vocals worked so well with Gorlock's vision that he was recruted as the official voice of the band. Gorlock's second album took almost two years to complete, the result was 16 rituals of pure darkness and despair. The album was entitled Dwell In Darkness [LP] and released in 2009. This album is available in digital format on our BandCamp website or physical copy available on demand. Guest musicians featured on this album include Zodiac (Ibex Throne, Gravecode Nebula, Iconoclast Contra), Lord Sxuperion (Valdur, Weverin, Sxuperion), Zach Berry, and Morbid Matt. Album artwork for this album was provided by gifted Florida based artist Mikel.

Gorlock's third album is an EP that consists of four originals. The album Despair Is My Mistress was released on October 31st, 2011. The artwork for this album was provided by James R. Corkle. This album is available in digital format on our BandCamp website.

Gorlock's fourth album was written during a particularly dark time for the members of the band, which is strongly reflected in the music on this particular album. Guest musicians featured on this album include Walter Johnson, James R. Corkle, and Morbid Matt. The Slaughter Of Muscle [LP] was released October 31st, 2012. This album is available in digital format on our BandCamp website or physical copy available on demand.

Gorlock's fifth album was a collection of all the b-sides that were never used for the previous four albums. This album is entitled Devil Worship & Deities (B-Sides) and was released October 31st, 2013. This album is available in digital format on our BandCamp website. Gorlock's sixth album is a two song single entitled Ephemeral which was released in the January of 2016. This single contains the songs "Chemical Portal" and "The Devil in Blood". Gorlock's seventh album is a 13 song full length album entitled Thorax Hallways and was released October 31st, 2019. This album contains guest lyrics and vocals by Skidgore, Zodiac (Ibex Throne, Gravecode Nebula, Iconoclast Contra), and Phil Anselmo (Viking Crown, Christ Inversion, Necrophagia, Superjoint Ritual, Scour, En Minor, Down, Pantera). This album is available in digital format on our BandCamp website.

Gorlock's eighth album is a 10 song full length album entitled The Dim and was released October 31st, 2022.
